Best Ways For Christmas Party For Children

Best Ways For Christmas Party For Children

christmas party for kids

How to organize Christmas for children so that it brings joy and is remembered for long? In this article, we will look at interesting holiday scenarios.

Christmas For Children

Every parent wants to arrange Christmas holidays for children so that it brings joy and is remembered for a long time. Let's look at two average children's holiday, held on their own at home.

Option one. About a week before the miraculous event, the mother begins to make up the menu, buy balloons and ring up the guests. A rich table is laid with chops, salads, cake, and wine. Up to 2-3 toasts, they still remember for what reason they gathered and admire the bright holiday and the still pure, merry children. After that, small guests are usually left to themselves (as a rule, these are children of different ages from invited relatives and friends, sometimes unfamiliar with each other).

Option two. Solidly deciding to arrange a holiday is still more for children than for adults, mother spreads a separate holiday table for them and during the whole event tries to somehow send the destructive energy of youth back on the right track.

Did you have a similar experience? Then let's try to organize a holiday on the third option.

Christmas Holiday Scenario From Christmas morning to meeting guests

New Year, Christmas and Birthday - the most fabulous childhood holidays. Remember yourself how impatient you went to bed, waiting for the onset of a little fairy tale in the morning.

Preparation for Christmas begins long before the holiday itself: the children are told about the Nativity of Christ , with older children you can learn the troparion, the kontakion of the holiday, the hrims of the Christmas canon (“Christ is born, praise!”). For a few days, we arrange a nativity scene. At night or in the morning - a festive service in the temple.

On the day of the holiday, let's surprise the child as soon as he opens his sleepy eyes.

Balls - it's trite, I do not argue. But how amazing it is to wake up and see a multi-colored garland above you! And sitting in the crib, wondering showered confetti and serpentine blanket? Make a surprise - create a fairytale mood.

It often happens that some of the guests invited on the days of the celebrations have already arrived, and some have not yet arrived. The children came bored awkwardly, not knowing what to do. I suggest this way to pass the time: instead of a beautiful starched tablecloth, lay a disposable bright paper on the table and give the children markers - let them apply a cheerful drawing. Or we will distribute album sheets with a request to write (or draw, if the children are still small) a fun Christmas card. Or maybe ask children to tell what is today for the holiday.

You can put different squiggles and weird strange shapes on the blank sheets with a marker and invite the children to show imagination and draw something to them so that these squiggles will turn into understandable drawings: something to turn into a mysterious animal, something into a fantastic creature, an exotic plant.

I would recommend for children from 4 years old (and 10-year-olds are engaged in such entertainment with pleasure) to cut a Christmas Star out of white cardboard, to cut small stars, diamonds, flowers, tinsel pieces from colored foil, to cut confetti and offer everyone to decorate a cardboard blank. If older children - from 6 years old - you can give glue in a cup and brushes, then babies should prepare the base in advance by applying double-sided tape on the star.

Christmas Treats

With a snow-white tablecloth and crystal, you will not surprise the guests of your child. All that is a pity to stain and smash is out of sight. Let's take a good look at our children: will they be happy for meat and salads? Rare parents will answer in the affirmative. And fruit and sweets? Well what a stupid question - you say, still. Let's spoil the guests with different goodies. There should be a lot of juices on the table - at the rate of one liter per child at least, more is better - something and children who are excited by the holiday drink a lot. Fruits should be divided into convenient parts: grapes (seedless, if you do not want to collect them all over the house) are cut into 3-4 branches with berries, citrus fruits are cleaned and put into slices, apples ... well, almost never eat them, and bananas, traces of which leave stains on clothes. Generally, avoid dirtying fruit,

You can arrange a little surprise: put a piece of Christmas wishes under the plates!

If you really want to feed children with essential food - make sandwiches, canapes with meat, sausage, fish, cheese, decorate them more interesting, serve a cocktail (you can beat milk, a banana and a little sugar with a blender) - a very satisfying and nutritious meal. But is it worth adhering to the standard cake? I recommend making such an original dessert: buy wafer cakes, ice cream, a can of cream, various fruits. 10 minutes before serving on the waffle sheet, lay a layer of ice cream 3 cm thick, a cake, again ice cream, cake, ice cream, now a mixture of chopped fruit, pour whipped cream and stick candles - the cake is ready! Let's call it, for example: "Christmas treat".

... By the way, as one of the entertaining entertainments, guests can themselves be invited to cook and eat canapes (using plates with sliced ?? products) and decorate their cocktails with chocolate chips, colorful sugar drops, and straws.

Sequence Of Events

The room is decorated, the table is set, the treat is ready. What should follow, so that it is not boring, but not supersaturated? Guests began to come. While we are expecting a full turnout - children need to take a quiet game - this is exactly how drawing a festive tablecloth is very well suited for this. All in the collection - we sit at the table. Congratulations to the children and eat sandwiches with drinks, fruit. You shouldn’t stay for a long time for a treat - as soon as the noise started - ate, it's time to play.

Games - only under the organization of an adult host, otherwise the uncontrolled kids will just walk on their heads, making a real doomsday. All planned entertainment behind? Again at the table! And after - quiet games (the children are tired and overworked). At parting, each guest needs to give a small gift - it will be a very pleasant memorable souvenir.

And what about the parents of invited children - you ask? Who will deal with them? When will I lead the holiday? Who will serve-remove the cutlets and Olivier? Our holiday - children. If you have the opportunity to bring the child and leave - wonderful! If this is not possible, please notify in advance that you will have to participate as your assistant. In the meantime, the children will eat, you will have time to eat a cake and drink a glass of wine.

Entertain and occupy: contests for the Nativity of Christ

On the Internet, you can find many different contests, as well as ready-made holiday scripts. Be careful! Quick, energetic activities (relay races, salochki, and other running-jumping entertainment) must be alternated with calm games (drawing games, riddles and other sedentary tasks). It is permissible to arrange several active games in succession at the very beginning of the holiday, but under its completion, it is better to combine a couple of quiet ones so that the children calm down. If noisy contests follow one after another, the children will quickly get tired, get overwhelmed, the rest of the evening will no longer be a joy. And vice versa: too many sedentary activities will make active kids bored and they will start looking for wild games on their own. It is desirable that the type of the game is not repeated in your holiday scenario: if the relay is only once,

Be sure to break the guests into two teams, the competitive moment adds sharpness to the competition. Let each team choose its own name and come up with a slogan. For each contest won, she will receive a score in the form of something substantial. It could be a little Christmas star. There should be more than the number of contests, in case of a draw.

What else can take the little guests?

Relay and blind man's buffoonery is all, of course, great, but it would be good to surprise children with unusual entertainment for such a holiday.

Children are delighted when they are invited to do something interesting from ... real yeast dough. You can buy it in the store frozen or make yourself. I emphasize - the dough should be just yeast! Their works ridiculously swell and increase when finished products begin to fit, which simply amazes the little guests! Each child is given a piece of parchment paper, the size of a tetrad sheet, and you need to make your own pie on it. This is necessary so that the figurine made from dough or animal without deformation is transferred to the baking sheet, and from the baking tray in the baked form - back into the plate. For decoration, you can offer saucers with kernels of nuts and seeds, raisins. These baked souvenirs at the end of the holiday are handed over to the guests, and she happily takes them home.

I remind you that quiet games must alternate with active games. If two quiet classes go in a row - more active children will lose concentration and begin to be distracted and make noise. If two energetic and noisy contests are held without a break, the children will quickly become overworked and begin to act up.

I'll tell you the relay game that we invented and tested, first at the children’s and then at the adult parties, it turned out to be so fun and win-win. Blanks: two pinned to the wall of a sheet of Whatman paper, two markers, two containers with the same set of notes, in which the parts of the body are indicated. Since our task was to portray the "Russian beauty", we wrote: the crown, braid, eyes, nose, mouth ... boots. The main thing is not to miss a single part so that the drawing is as complete as possible. All notes are mixed and put in a box, which is placed under each drawing paper sheet. With the START team, the first player reaches the wall with a marker, pulls out a piece of paper, reads what to draw, depicts it on a sheet, runs off and passes the relay marker to the next participant, and he becomes the end of the line. The player who received the marker also runs to the wall, reads, draws and returns. IT'S VERY FUNNY! Our cameraman could not shoot the camera competition - shaking hands with laughter, and I, as a presenter, could not comment on the resulting “Beauties” - disproportionate body parts, skewed facial features ... Laughs of tears flowed in a stream. We held the same competition among adults: we drew Miss Beauty - it was even better than at a children's party. Wins the team, whose drawing will be more likable. drew Miss Beauty - it was even better than at a children's party. The End of the Christmas Holiday for Children

That such a wonderful day has come to an end. I want to complete it so that it is not sad that it is over, but good at heart. If you shot a holiday on camera, then you can run the video on the TV screen at the moment when guests will have a cake. The children are already tired, they don’t really want to talk and have fun, and this view will make them laugh. If the children are already schoolchildren and know how to write, removing from the table, bring in advance a huge postcard and felt-tip pens, let everyone leave a review about the holiday and congratulations and wishes to everyone present. It would be nice to make a simple letter on the computer and hand it to each guest at parting: the most clever, the most fun, the most resourceful - they will be proudly shown to their parents, remembering the past fun.

... And how nice, saying goodbye to your child's friends, is to hear: “Thank you! Thank you very much for the holiday! We have never had so much fun !!! ... And will you invite us next time ?! ”
